We provide different classes suitable for beginner, intermediate and advanced level. The classes are team-oriented and incorporate boxing, weight training and more; the perfect combination to burn maximum calories
Get many of the benefits of private personal training but in a fun group training session. Our boxing class is motivational, fun, and technical. A small group class means you're surrounded by people who want to hold you accountable.
This 45 minutes class combines cardiorespiratory, resistance training and flexibility exercices while maintain a slow pace and making it fun and safe. Each session focuses on a different muscle group.
This 45 minutes class is divided in two sections. The first section of the class consist mainly of cardiorespiratory exercices and the second part of the class focuses on strength training, targeting specific muscle group each sessions.
This 45 minutes class incorporates boxing and High Intensity Interval Training exercices. The perfect combination to burn maximum calories while having fun.
